As you drive around the local area looking at different homes, it is often easy to identify those which were built by Rick Waters.  We have always enjoyed his designs and were excited knowing that he would soon be building a house for us.

We found Rick to be very open and responsive, giving our ideas utmost consideration and regard while planning our design. We had specific thoughts and exclusive ideas, all said and done, by the time we signed the contract we felt confident that Rick Waters Construction would be able to give us the home that we had been searching for.

Throughout the construction process Rick was responsive to our concerns, answered questions and made himself available at all times.  His sub-contractors were friendly and respectful, their quality of work and craftsmanship impeccable, often exceeding our own expectations.  During construction we had areas where we wanted to make changes or found something that wasn’t to our liking.  Rick took the time and made the effort to see that those changes were made and that we were satisfied. We were pleased in the way the project was completed in a timely manner, there were very few days that someone wasn’t at the site working.

We had previously built a home; one of the most overpowering tasks for us was putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. Choosing the right colors, the flooring, type of cabinets, it all became overwhelming.  However, this process was trouble-free while working with Rick, we found it to be less stressful than we could have ever imagined.  We enjoyed working with the interior designer from the color scheme of the exterior down to the smallest detail of decorative tile.  The custom cabinets and built-ins couldn’t have been any easier to design or choose from. We feel each room is unique and distinct; exactly what we had been looking for.

We are very pleased, excited and proud to be living in our new residence. Rick Waters Construction did an exceptional job.  He has an excellent reputation for building superior custom homes; we would highly recommend him to others wanting to build their dream house.
