Rick was great in maintaining the right balance between a professional relationship, being friendly and available.  Throughout the whole process, Rick always answered or returned our calls in a very timely manner.  Above all, he was extremely honest and forthright in all our dealings with him throughout the construction of our home.

I am a carpenter myself with an eye to detail.  Rick also is a perfectionist.  Frequently, he had spotted a problem before I had a chance to comment.  Each item identified was corrected as our home was constructed.  The craftsmanship in our home is beautiful.  It is truly quality throughout.  When you stand back and look at our home both from the interior and the exterior you see a very high quality of workmanship.  The house will maintain and increase its value for many years to come.  The value we got for the money spent on construction was excellent.  

The building process always seems to take longer than expected because you are so anxious to have it completed.  Rick made every effort to insure that our house continued to move along the predetermined timelines and kept us informed of each situation.  The construction outline he gave us prior to starting, letting us know the sequence of each task and what we needed to do and when, helped us focus on getting our selections and decisions done so as to not hold up the building process.

I would and I have recommended Rick Waters Construction to others several times.  We had selected Rick Waters as our builder long before we found our property or designed the house plans. Rick's quality, style and attention to detail sold us on him as our builder. He brought his experience, knowledge and taste in working with the architect to incorporate our ideas into a livable, beautiful home that fits our needs.  From the beginning to the end of the process, he was our working partner and friend all the way.  Rick also stands behind his work.  After moving in, if we had any questions he was ready to answer them and follow up on any concerns.

Besides, he is just a great guy to know and work with.
